Tobacco, Nicotine & Drugs Education Program This educational program is required by Florida Statute and fulfills part of the Non-Criminal Tobacco and Nicotine Citation requirement. The class is offered through a community partnership between: Baker Prevention Coalition Hanley Foundation Baker County Sheriff’s Office Baker County School District Baker County Clerk of Courts Class Details Fee: $75 Service Fee: $3 Attendance Requirement: A parent, guardian, or responsible adult (18 or older) must attend with the student. This program provides valuable education on the risks and consequences of tobacco, nicotine, and drug use—helping students make informed, healthy decisions for their future. NOTE: **CLASS STARTS PROMPTLY AT 5 PM PLEASE ARIVE AT LESS 5 MINUTES PRIOR**
