The Tobacco, Nicotine and Drugs Education Program is required by Florida Statute and will satisfy part of the Non-Criminal Tobacco and Nicotine Citation. The class is made possible through partnerships with the Baker Prevention Coalition, the Hanley Foundation, the Baker County Sheriffs Department, the Baker County School District, and the Baker County Clerk of the Courts. *********************************************************************************************************** Alcohol, Tobacco, Nicotine and Drugs Education Program Spring 2024 Schedule This 4 session Alcohol, Tobacco, Nicotine and Drugs Education Program class is required by Florida Statute and will satisfy part of the Non-Criminal Tobacco and Nicotine Citation. WHEN: Monday 5:00 - 6:00 PM (see class schedule below) WHERE: Baker County Sheriff’s Office, 1 Sheriff’s Office Drive Macclenny, FL 32063 COST: $75 to cover class supplies and administrative fees **Credit cards accepted with additional $3 fee.* (Class fee is separate from the $30 court fine).
